City's Financial Audit Begins

Members of Maudlin & Jenkins began an external audit of the city's financial records this week. Three members of the CPA firm, T.J Holloman, James Bence, and Will Derzis are reviewing documents from 2017 and will prepare a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report by June 30th.
The city's finances have been handled by the Accounting Manager Audrey Mays with oversight by the City Manager Michael Harris.
